As part of our care, we open farmland to people who find it difficult to work or live in an environment such as farming, and provide agricultural experiences mainly to children who are withdrawn or do not go to school, and their families. I am active.
There are many jobs in agriculture, and the required human resources and abilities vary. Although there may be obstacles, I believe that there must be a place where people full of individuality can find meaning in life.
There is also a need for places where families with disabled children or hikikomori can enjoy leisure time together.
Farming is a place where parents can play an active role, and it can be a common topic for the whole family. Wouldn't it be great to have an experience farm where families can deepen their bonds? I thought.
Therefore, in Ehime Prefecture Harukatsu, as depression and hikikomori become social problems, there is a need for people to live a spiritually fulfilling life, having connections with society and their own role, regardless of the degree of disability. In this era, I think it is necessary to be closely involved with local people and the economy, and to have a role in the local community and be ``needed.''
