The corporation provides food and other supplies free of charge to those in need of support.
If you wish to receive support, please check the precautions and handling of personal information (in the "Consultation Reception/Application Form" document below) and apply using the support application form below. We will contact you via email for confirmation at a later date. If you do not receive the confirmation email after one week, please contact us.
